allow a human-friendly label for backup sources

Currently when defining a source for backup, the name of the source can be rather complex and not user friendly.  This will vary depending upon the source type, but in some cases (such as Azure backup workloads), the source name is just a large complex string of letters and numbers.  It would be ideal if one could optionally put a label on a source that is not only user friendly but also meaningful to an organization.
