Alert on increasing garbage data and/or failed or ineffectual garbage collection

The Defender Data Protect version 7.3.1 will send alerts for pipelines that fail to complete, but the underlying cause of increased garbage and/or ineffectual garbage collection does not generate an alert.  This means that the alerts that do trigger as a side effect of this will require investigation and/or manual (customer initiated) review of system charts to determine if garbage collection is working effectively.  This may result in cluster storage space being exhausted quickly and needlessly - perhaps even triggering emergency procedures (and paniced customers) that could be avoided with early detection of failing/ineffective garbage collection.
