Provide, expose and document an external REST API for IBM Storage Defender DRS

The lack of a published REST API in DRS makes it very difficult to integrate DRS with external processes and reporting tools. A REST API should be made available to allow customers to integrate reporting and automation tools with DRS to perform tasks such as (but not limited to the following) :
* Reporting - a feature currently not available in DRS
* RecoveryGroup/Application creation and modification - To facilitate recovery group and application constructs that that match business or organisational requirement's and support dynamic changes
* Recovery Group test automation
