Add Samba CES support for delete veto files

This issue was reported by users of IBM Global Storage Architecture (GSA / GSA2).

On a Windows system with a samba mapped drive when deleting a directory that contains a symlink that was created on a unix system; Windows is removing the linked file before removing the link and then cannot remove the link.  Windows then shows no files in the directory, but there is still a symlink and the directory cannot be deleted.

The "delete veto files" samba option may alleviate this problem, but it has not been tested and is not currently supported by IBM.

This option is used when Samba is attempting to delete a directory that contains one or more vetoed files or directories or non-visible files or
directories (such as dangling symlinks that point nowhere). If this option is set to no (the default) then if a vetoed directory contains any non-vetoed files or directories then the directory delete will fail.

If this option is set to yes, then Samba will attempt to recursively delete any files and directories within the vetoed directory. Setting 'delete veto files = yes' allows these directories to be transparently deleted when the parent directory is deleted (so long as the user has permissions to do so).

Please test and add support for the 'delete veto files' Samba option.
