Add Quiet mode in mmdsh to suppress ssh banner message

when using mmdsh and running cluster level cmds, ssh banner messages are interfering in the outputs which is making mmdsh outputs difficult to read.

need a ssh -q equalent in mmdsh to supress these banner messages which are sometime as big as half a page.
