Request to support 105 disks per server in ECE topology

The limits is 512 disks per DA.With split DA option, the limits also can't exceed 1024 disks per RG.

The trends is cold data are stored in HDD based storage nodes that require ECE to support more disk per RG.

Our major Partners are ready to propose 105 drives per rich server. This mean the 8+3P topology need to support 11*105=1155 disks per RG in 1st phase. With 16+3P topology, we need to support 19*105=1995 disks per RG in 2nd phase.

We hope development team can support this request in 2H26.
