Query for bitmap increment status

During a configuration change from H3->H1->H2 to  H1->H2->H3, running the start H1->H2->H3 command may result in an unexpected full copy from H2 to H3 instead of a quick resync (for example, when z/OS systems were down after rolling back from a DR configuration and volumes were aligned by previous multi-target configuration).
With this idea I suggest implementing a query for bitmap increment status with the goal of avoiding unnecessary full copies.
