Enable custom certificates for Storage Scale CNSA GUI on OpenShift

We have to secure all Web GUIs with custom certificates from our In House CA. In detail we need the ibm-spectrum-scale-gui route from the ibm-spectrum-scale namespace to be secured by a custom certificate.

Increase REST API max requests per second limit

The limit is currently 3 requests per second. For clients with more than a couple environments running concurrently (snapshots, replication changes) this results in significant delays or even failures when using the REST API's.

add unmap enable/disable option to gui

Default for flashsystem is host unmap off, and this feature is invisible to client until they hit 80% capacity or oos an support advise to enable it. We also want to keep clients in the gui, so it might be worth adding this option to the GUI.
