    Outboard copy inhibit

    Provide capability to reset "Outboard Copy Inhibit" flag on the DS8000. This flag is set by mvs software - e.g. TDMF and can be reset by MVS DEVSERV commands. However, a backdoor DS8000 method to do this is absent.

    Skip VM that are powered off
