XRSC: Use CA trusted certificates on IBM XRSC servers

Our Proxy servers expect publicly trusted certificates from the vendor support centre servers ( IBM backend servers) that XRSC is communicating with via proxy servers. However, the backend servers are not using publicly trusted certificates.
