TSM backup wildcard * on DOMAIN statement like DOMAIN /dir*

To be consistent with wildcard usage of "*" in TSM backup exclude/include syntax, this request is for the '*' to be provided as a wildcard for use in the DOMAIN statement, eg DOMAIN all-local -/dir/subdir*.

Storage size does not consider full values

The storage used is very misleading. For example if the remote storage is 7.62 GB, it shows as &GB. We need accurate numbers for checking the usage.

TSM backup compatibility with LTFS EE

Given a multi-tier GPFS cluster that includes LTFS-EE providing archive the backup should only apply to the disk and flash based storage. Once the data has moved to LTFS-EE then the backups should stop for that data.
