Mounting & Dismounting of tapes while executing backup jobs in scripts and non functioning of overflow location.

We are executing multiple backup jobs under one script, while executing scripts we have observed that there are multiple mounting and dismounting of tapes occur due to which our backup window has increased. We are also facing issues for non functioning of overflow location. Below is the background of our setup, an alternate to NDMP based backup incremental backup (since it is not supported in TSM) we have mounted / mapped shares/ path from EMC Backup accelerator in TSM server as Virtual FS, there are some 1200 odd paths which we have mounted as Virtual FS. Attached is the backup script we have created with 1200 different backup jobs.
