Use a linux web client to do NDMP restores

There does not appear to be a way to restore a NDMP backup via a linux GUI client. This means that in order to do a restore a windows server needs to be provisioned, maintained and available purely for restoration purposes.

Request for support of 32 bit TDP client on 64 bit operating system.
