add support for other KMIP server type

Today, only SKLM is supported to encrypt tapes. To simplify infrastructure, we would concentrate our KMIP requests to only one type of server. So our request is to have support for other servers.

Provide a configurable session timeout for the TSSC web management interface.

Security standards are further restricting the timeout of sessions for admin interfaces. Reduces risk.

TS7700 Set LVOL to non used state for removing a TMC range of tapes
