Support of SVC stretched incremental snapshot by Spectrum Copy Data Management (SCDM)

According to SCDM documentation, ii should be able to create mirrored snapshot when using an SVC with Enhanced Streched Cluster. Unfortunately this is not yet supported/working when Incremental Snapshots are used.

In a Stretched Cluster, add ability to prioritize a site in case of a tiebreak/lost comm. between sites

Currently if we get a tiebreak situation where communication is lost between the sites in a stretched cluster, the nodes that can reserve the quorum disks first will continue to operate and the other half of the cluster will stop.

SVC NPIV does not report information to event log

Currently in 7.8.1 it does not appear the NPIV reports to the event log when it moves virtual ports from one node to the alternate or spare. This prevents an additional layer of troubleshooting if the ports trigger a move.
