If the CLI option /configfile points to non existent file the tdpsqlc command should end in error..

If we have in a sqlfull.bat script: tdpsqlc backup * full /configfile=someconfig.cfg and the file "someconfig.cfg" does not exist, the command runs along with default config and returns with rc=0. Problem with that is if "somconfig.cfg" once exist...

As of now the backups are failing for the VMs for which the backup snapshots are in mounted state for FLR. There are some critical restore request which takes plenty of time to copy the files (due to size) and we are forced to keep the VM mounted....
