2 TB limit for Hyper-V VHDs

Hyper-V VHDs that have 2 TB or more space allocated, can not be backed up by TSM VE. Backups fail almost immediately when attempted.

Retain by objects versions in primary Pools. Data lifecycle optimization.

Allow primary storage pool to store only ACTIVE versions, X inactive versions or XX days of inactive versions. Mark and Migrate to next storage pool only the inactive versions.
