Provide accounting records for NDMP backups and restores

NDMP full/differential backups (and restores) should create an accounting session record in dsmaccnt just as client backups do, containing at a mimum start/end time and bytes transferred, but also if possible commwait and mediawait times. (Anything is better than nothing).

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Tivoli
    Product family - Storage
Product - Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) Family

Starting with Tivoli Storage Manager Server version 6.3.3, new accounting
records are created which are specific to NDMP operations.

The new NDMP accounting records can be easily identified by looking at field
number 10 "communication method used". Only the new records will have "NDMP".

Most fields in the new NDMP accounting records will have data stored in them, however those that don't apply will be either zero or empty. Some fields will contain data unique to NDMP operations.

The following table lists the accounting record fields with data that is
    specific to NDMP operations.

    Field NDMP specific data
    ----- ------------------------------------------------------------------
6 The NAS node on which the operation is performed followed, in
parenthesis, by the name of the client user or administrator that
initiated the operation. For example a NDMP operation on nas node
"nas1" which was initiated by the administrator "admin1" will appear
    as follows:

    nas1(admin1)

7 This is not applicable to NAS data and will be empty.
8 Platform provided by NAS device (eg. "Netapp" ).
    10 Always "NDMP"
    12 Always zero.
    13 Always zero.
    14 Always zero.
    15 Always zero.
16 If this was an NDMP backup this will be '1' for the NDMP image.
17 If this was an NDMP backup this will be the size of the image
18 If this was an NDMP restore this will be '1' or '2' (full plus diff
    image restore )
19 If this was an NDMP restore this will be total number of bytes
    restored.
20 For NAS operations that use a locally NAS-attached tape drive this will
be zero, for NDMP filer-to-server operations this will be the amount
of data transmitted between the TSM server and the NAS device.
25 Session type '4' is for client initiated NDMP operation, Session type
'5' Indicates that this was a scheduled administrative command,
Session type '7' indicates this was a non-scheduled administrative
    command.
    26 Always zero
    27 Always zero
    28 Always zero
    29 Always zero
