OSSM master encyption key needs to be protected from loss

If the OSSM master encyption key is lost, the protected data stored on the IBM Storage Protect server cannot be recovered for the IBM Storage Protect Plus client. The product needs a better resiliency mecanism to avoid the loss of that key.
