Include VMware Tools in Spectrum Discover appliance

To be able to make consistent backups of Spectrum Discover appliance, please include open-vm-tools in the OVA version of Spectrum Discover, and please include upgrades of open-vm-tools as a part of the Spectrum Discover upgrade.
