MS SQL support for Linux Host (both physical and virtual)

Customer will start tests this year with MS SQL on Linux. This will be tested on physical machines as well as on virtual appliances. They also need to backup this databases. At the moment ISP for Databases and ISP4VE only supports MS-SQL on Windows.

TSM4VE backup schedule ends with RC=12 when there is no guest eligible for backup

Change the RC to 0 or 1 if no virtual guest is eligible for backup but the overall backup status is successful.

2 TB limit for VMware VMDK file backup

VMDK files with 2 TB or more cannot be backed up by the TSM client. The limit seems to be hardcoded. When will TSM support VMDK files with 2 TB or more?

Add the possibility for SP4VE to be able to force the format of the VM drives, during restores, to EAGER ZEROED.

(See case number TS016942043 for details) Even though VM disks are formatted as thick eager zeroed, SP4VE formats them as lazy zeroed during restores. This causes problems on the VCenter's end and additional work for the VM administrators.
