Make the Operations Center Server Activity display user-configurable

Customer would like to see the Operations Center Server Details...Summary tab "Activity over 24 Hours" be more configurable. Specifically, it would be helpful the Activity period could be lengthened and the mouse hover show the actual date and time.

Client Deploy should be able to update TDP clients, or at least skip clients which should not be upgraded w/o TDP updates.

Client Deploy should not break 100% if one single server fails package prepare. Failure causes should show up in the GUI. Documentation should show troubleshooting details.
