VADP Proxy load statistics dashboard

Add dashboard that shows load per per proxy (and # of tasks executed) per exectured SLA. Provide more system performance info; Are all proxy's used?, are proxys rightly scaled? are all jobs active etc.

SPP - Sort lists / Provide user ability to sort

Lists in the user interface are not sorted: vSnap servers, VADP servers, SLAs when assigning an SLA to a VM, etc. All lists should be sorted by default and should also provide the user the ability to click any column to sort by that column.

Grid View of backup success rate

The current VM backup success report takes minutes to run for a 1 day report and much longer (I gave up waiting) for a 7 day report. If the Protected and Unprotected VMs report is anything to go by it could take over 2 hours to produce this report...

Need Plus to "recognize" cloned Oracle Database, keep it on the SLA to continue backups, possibly with tagging, or backup of all databases from a host with the option to exclude.

In the jobmonitoring panel all restore process are showed with the same name " onDemandRestore". We should have the possibility to choose a name by restore process.
