Replication job 'Fails' when there is no data

We have a use case where we would like to leave replication enabled for a backup SLA that runs manually. As the job is run infrequently users will not remember to run replication when they run the job.

However, SPP reports the replication job as 'Failed' when there is no new data, when the job didn't fail it just had no data. This doesn't need to be a global setting to turn this off as we would need to know when a replication job does fail, instead SPP needs to be able to differentiate between jobs having no data and jobs failing.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
