LTO9 media pre-calibration status on TS4300 gui

LTO9 medias need pre-calibration before they can used in production. TS4300 does not report pre-calibration status on it's media listing view. This should be reported on TS4300 graphical user interface.

Support for SNMPv3 on the TS4300.

While SNMPv3 was supported on the older TS3100, it's not supported on the new generation TS4300 for more secure communication and the customer would like that feature to be added to the TS4300.
