add graphs to reports

when creating performance reports and chosing PDF or HTML as the preferred format, it would be very helpful to include a graph of the selected metrics as well. (much like in the upper half of the SI performance view.)

Selectable location for Cloud instance (compliancy with regulations - showstopper to use SI)
