Reporting capacity in a clustered environment is challenge.

Today we have an option to select several hosts and click merge host but this is a timing consuming, manual process in a large shop. We need a better option to recognize hosts that are in a clustered relationship. Looking at hosts that can see the same volumes could we add or create a clustered view to consolidate storage / capacity.

    The IBM Storage Insights development team thinks this is a good idea and will add it to our roadmap (no date committed at this time).

Expose the cluster column from SVC to the SI GUI

With SVC 7.7.x you can create a cluster label and add hosts to the label. If you look at the SVC ( in the SI Pro GUI ) under internal resource host connections we have a cluster column. But this column is not exposed in the servers tabular view ( ...
