Network resiliency enhancement - need mechanism for prioritizing control traffic over data traffic via QOS/PFC when RDMA is not enabled.

Storage Scale performance is extremely sensitive to network and backend latency, there must be a mechanism to monitor those critical KPI

It would help both system administrator and IBM Support to be able to quickly identify the key issue and be able to isolate the bottleneck to address critical performance issues.
