Request the ability to read and write C07 style tapes behind the TS7770 including previously written C07 tapes.

CTBC Bank currently use three TS7740 with GRID connection, we are proposing three TS7770 to replace them.
Since CTBC did implement backup 3-2-1 policy. After daily backup jobs they did submit other backup jobs to physical copy those that need to be long term backup from TS7740 through physical tape controller 3592-C07 to 3592 cartridges for off site store. To minimize bad tape quality impact after 3 years CTCB will recall those off site store 3592 cartridges for read verification and after 5 years CTBC will regenerate new copy of those backup physical tapes.
However, due to there will be no direct follow-on to the C07, we would like to request a function on TS7770 for allowing customer to manual control selective virtual tapes destage & recall operation.
