Volume in FF20 category

This RFE is to request a new message that will be sent from TS7700 to z/OS.
It intends to alert the host about a logical volume damaged as soon as the TS7700 microcode detects the situation and insert the logical volume in FF20 category.

For example:
1. TS7700 identifies a damaged logical volume;
2. As soon as the TS7700 microcode inserts this volume in FF20 category, it needs to send immediately a message to z/OS host system to alert about.
3. We will use this message in our monitoring system to alert the support to take the required actions with the logical volume owner and after to repair the volume.
