Granular Capacity Expansion

This request for Granular Capacity Expansion is to allow smaller, more granular variable capacity additions per cluster. Currently a feature code is required to purchase specific additional capacity for all clusters in a grid. We want to suggest a variable increment of capacity, smaller or larger, that could be applied to a single cluster or specific number of clusters.

I strongly support this enhancement. The ability to add capacity at an individual cluster level would allow us to expand storage based on the specific needs of each cluster rather than having to apply capacity uniformly across the entire grid. This would be particularly useful for our safeguarded copy cluster, where capacity needs can differ significantly from the other clusters.
