I parse out the VEHAUDIT report DTLRPT and use that to copy refresh. Some of our dates go beyond the year 2100 and they show up as xx/xx/21.

Can you be more specific about which tools don't have 4 character tools.
VEHSTATS creates reports and CSV files.
The report has date as “26AUG25TU” - Tuesday August 26, 2025.
The CSV file has date as "Tue 26AUG2025” - Tuesday August 26, 2025.
Here is the date format rule on VEHSTATS control cards:
SDATE= 18SEP2025; START DATE FOR OUTPUT REPORTING
*SDATE= TODAY- 1; REPORT JUST YESTERDAY'S DATA
*SDATE= LASTWEEK; REPORT JUST LAST WEEK'S AVTIVITY

EDATE= 24SEP2025; END DATE FOR OUTPUT REPORTING
*EDATE= TODAY- 1; REPORT JUST YESTERDAY'S DATA
