Please add error in event log when offsite reclaim (at copy export operation) is being stopped in case of a logical volume residing on an inaccessible physical primary volume

We are doing copy export operation for safeguarded tape on a copy export only dedicated cluster. We had two times the problem, that a physical primary volume was inaccessible, which contained logical volumes that were needed for offsite reclaim operation. In this case, offsite relamation stops at this point and doesn't put any events in the log. If not monitored, offsite reclamation is not going on and physical volumes are not freed, and this can lead to a shortage of physical volumes.
Please add an error message into the events when this happens. And much better, in such a case, offsite reclaim should recall those affected logical volumes from another cluster in the grid to avoid the stopping of offsite reclaim.
