Provide an IBM TS7700 interal fucntion to allow removing the secondary copies from old/inactive Copy Export Pool via internal DB2 cleanup.

Our production TS7770 cluster was performing the daily copy export process prior the new TS7780 copy export cluster was installed. Now the production TS7770 needs to get rid of the copy export pool with 200 pvols in order to be able to re-use those pvols in the new TS7780 copy export cluster.
The process to run PRESTAGE Tool after removing secondary Pool setting in the MCs is very slow and time intense. The hint from IBM development to try the LI REQ,<lib_name>,PARTRFSH,<volser>,MMOUNT was tested, but does not help to delete the copy export volumes.

    We suggest that you read the relevant documentation around the reclamation process, there is no one size fits all. May we suggest contacting IBM Expert Labs to see if they can assist with tuning the reclamation process under a custom SOW.
