TS7700 (TSSC) - Simplify Certificate Management - accept .pfx or .p12 certificate format

As the TSSC does not support to generate a certificate on the machine itself and only create a sign request. I need to order (from a CA) a certificate that holds the private and public key in a .p12 or .pfx format. However, to upload I have to manually split the certificate with openssl and then upload two different files which is cumbersome.
I would expect that TSSC accepts a .p12 or .pfx certificate format and I only have to provide the passphrase and TSSC is able to process that then internally.
