Add information about the using ciphers for TS7700 and provide a possibility to exclude dedicate ciphers

The security needs in companies are very different. Sometimes it is necessary to know what kind of chiphers the TS77xx used.
Therefor it would be good to have a display for the possible and used ciphers.
Add on  it would be good to have a possibility to exclude/include dedicated chiphers (under 'dual control' - function)

Starting in microcode R6.1, we will document which ciphers are available and this information will be available in IBM TS7700 customer documentation. The possibility to exclude/include dedicated ciphers will be reviewed as a potential future functionality.
