Change process for dual control function

the dual control function raise the security for important functios in TS77xx.

To use this function you need 2 groups(or persons) for 'Maker' and 2 groups(or persons) for 'Checker'.

The result of this workflow(design) is, that you need 4 Groups to establish this function.

The better way were, when only 2 diffferent user are needed to execute this function.    

In time of staff shortage, it is a problem to design 4 groups with different user.

    I had not read this in the description for dual control. You are right. A change that dual control requires can be approved
    by another member of the same authorization group.
    Very nice. Then you can close the IDEA. Thank you very much .

    Looking for additional info. To activate dual control you need 2 checkers
    after that you only need 1 checker to approve a change, the only restriction is: you can not approve your own changes. So you can be a maker and a checker. With this in mind, you only need 2 people. Can you elaborate on why you think that a minimum of 4 people are required
