Add TS7700 to IBM Insights Merged

I looked around for this on the older requests and could not find anything so if this is a repeat...My apologies.

Add the ability for IBM Insights to connect to and report on the TS7700 platform. Utilizing IBM Insights would / could provide a simplified / unified view of our TS7700 platform. I understand that if a client has a two node grid this probably does not provide a lot of value. But for those of us that have multiple grids with multiple nodes across multiple locations having a cloud base reporting tool could / would simplify provide support teams a easier way to monitor and or (hopefully) report on various statistics.
