Add Optional Timeout Value for AoS Enablement

The TSSC home screen has a button that allows a user to Start or Stop AoS. This functionality could benefit from allowing an optional timeout value that would specify the maximum amount of time AoS can remain enabled. This is useful because allowing remote access to IBM is a 24/7 activity that is often delegated to a 24/7 operations center. Allowing a timeout value ensures that remote access would get disabled in the event that an operator forgot to stop the AoS service, hardening the security profile of the product.
