TS7700 forced premigration

Today premigration of a virtual volume in a TS7700 can be delayed with a storage class setting to delay to some future point in time. However, there is no control currently to prepone premigration or to specify a timeout when premigration has to occur at the latest. A control - e.g. with a new storage class setting - is suggested to tell the system 'premigrate after a maximum amount of x minutes after volume demount'.
