Add ability to display remote mounts

Today there is no possibility for clients to identify mounts that are internally handled as remote mounts (access to a peer cluster's cache). This avoids the client to identify jobs that might hang due to a problem on the remote cluster and to swap them. Service preps can't complete because of the remote mounts. Force service prep option is not immediately offered in MI.

IBM believes that this requirement is already satisfied. Through the use of the MVS LIBRARY DISPDRV,library_name,MOUNTED comand, you are able to see if the mount is being satisfied by another cluster (distributed library). Refer to https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSLTBW_2.3.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r3.idao300/tds.htm for usage of that command. The TS7700 Management Interface (MI) also has the ability to display similar information.
