TS7700 Feature License panel should have option to display by s/n and not by node

Recently we noticed that a few features on the TS7700 were missing. The codes had been shipped but not installed. In trying to match up the feature codes that we did have installed we noticed that some of the feature codes are listed twice in the TS7700 GUI since they are specific to the node and some apply to the vnode and hnode. We would like the ability to only list the feature codes once regardless of whether or not it is applied to multiple nodes. If IBM does ever introduce multiple vnodes or hnodes in the VTS the current design would be helpful. However, now it's just confusing the customer.
