BVIR Audit volumes should ignore volume copies 'in flight'

We utilize the BVIR 'COPY AUDIT' function to identify volumes that are missing copies in some or all of the clusters in a grid. As an example of this use we run a COPY AUDIT with the EXCLUDE parameter to specify a cluster that is being removed from the grid. That will allow us to insure ahead of the cluster removal that we can be assured that copies exist in other clusters. However, when doing these requests volumes are frequently returned that are in the process of having their copies made. We would like the ability to filter out these volumes for volumes 'in flight'. I suspect most of these volumes are mounted at the time of the BVIR request or enough time hasn't elapsed between the demount and the BVIR request. One potential solution is the addition of an option parameter telling the BVIR COPY AUDIT to ignore reporting on volumes that have been modified less than x minutes prior to the BVIR request.
