Want new option on command OTCNTL to transfer ownership from a specific volume

My customer wants to transfer the ownership of specific logical Volume using z/OS Host Command Line. The OTCNTL command doesn't provide an option to do it.

TS7700 z/OS Host Command Line Request
OTCNTL command provides a method to transfer the ownership of the logical volumes in the background.

LI REQ, XXXX, OTCNTL, START, Y, 1000

The command initiates the ownership transfer of the logical volumes from cluster Y to the distributed library XXXX. It will transfer the ownership of up to 1000 logical volumes.
The Customer want to have the option to transfer the ownership from specific logical volume.
