Add clip functionality to ZCPYS / CSM

Add functionality to ZCPYS and/or CSM to enable the clip of the VSN prefix on any flashcopy session.

For example - we take a FlashCopy of a system with a VSN prefix of VA. Use ZCPYS to change the VSN prefix on the Flash Copy session from VA to VQ so we are able to transfer that image via Global Copy to a remote site with the expected VSN prefix. This will allow us to drop the dependancy of z/OS or z/VM to perform that function for us.

We had a similar method via a prior vendor with the ZFDRS CLIP entry.

ZFDRS CLIP SET-setname VSN-VQ OLDVSN-VA

I would envision something similar to -

ZCPYS CLIP SESSION-"session name" VSN-VQ OLDVSN-VA for example

Would be ideal if this could also be achieved via the CSM

    Love the idea! Preference is a CSM option that does not require z/TPF to be active in a usable state. A CSM option supports broader usage scenarios to change the VSNs (Prefix, Suffix or entire VSN) including Disaster Recovery and test system refresh / management.
