This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM System Storage products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

With the new TSSC Release 9.4.26 there is now a possibility to configure customers NTP-Server for time synchronization on the console time UI.
However, there is no chance to justify the correct timezone. This leads for example to different timezones between SNMP-Traps, which were sent from TSSC or attached System (TS4500, TS7770). The attached systems offer this option.
To get this fixed, SME must dial in remotely and justify this manually via root access. This has to be done after every fresh install or implementing new machines.
Would be good, if customer can configure this in the console time UI directly, when NTP-IP were set.
