Add command ts4500cli.jar like 'saveMountHistory'

We need to keep track of tapes and their usage.  Connecting to the tapelibrary every hour to download mount history is not a practical solution.  This can be automated if the cli has a command like saveMountHistory where the last XXX mounts (or maybe  mounts since DATE TIME) and the corresponding details can be saved as a csv file

    It was there the from the beginning. Just a bit hidden away.

    From the gui we cam download media mounts and stats for the last 250 mounts or so. But this feature is not available from the java cli application. Having that feature there makes an automated export on a regular bases to identify tapes with errors or otherwise has shown read/write errors. Hopefully we can remove bad tapes before they cause data loss.
