Shortening Log Collection time and reduce Log size to speed up service and support for more efficiency

TS4500 Log Collection is running more then 40 minutes and the Log size is greater than 750 MB. To speed up service and support time, we have to reduca tho log colletion duration and also the size of the log files.

The idea ist to speed up and shorten the log collection duration. Provide a quick log collection by reducing the creation of logs for specific components.
