report the Volser number in rsyslog, SNMP, etc. when eject a cartridge from TS3500/TS4500 via GUI

For Data and Cyber Security and Data availability reasons it is a needed requirement in our company to monitor and protocol each VTS physical stacked which physically leaves the Tape Library. A physical tape eject via the TS7700 MI triggers a host message including the involved physical tape volser which is ok. Although a VTS physical tape eject initiated through the TS3500/TS4500 physical tape library GUI is highly not recommended, technically it is possible to do so. Any Tape Library user can log on and initiate and eject a physical tape and it will leave the library through the I/O Station. This task triggers an event, which can also be intercepted and monitored by various means (SNMP, syslog, etc.). BUT here the affected (ejected) Volser is not reported in such an event message. The TS7700 will not even notice such an eject unless that tape is needed for recall at an unknown later point in time. This request / idea ask for enhancement of such an Event Message for the TS4500 Tape Library to also show the just ejected Volser within the message for EJECTs.
