Manufacturing Reset

Client would like the ability to put the library back in a Manufacturing Factory Reset state with a CLI command rather than needing IBM Service to clear the existing configuration.

    Thank you for your request regarding the ability to put the library back to a Manufacturing Factory Reset state with a CLI command. We can see this would be helpful as it prevents a call to IBM Service to clear the existing configuration. However, this is not a trivial implementation and we are not seeing traction for this request from other customers. At this time we suggest IBM Service continues to clear the existing configuration as work around this issue.
